questions, questions, questions...  frequently asked questions...

1. i can't tell exactly what the color looks like, can i get a swatch to match the color? sure, just let us know what color you are looking for and we'll send that right out to you.

2. can i get a sample tablecloth to see if it fits my table? sure, but we will charge you $15.00 and shipping.

3. i live in ohio, right around the corner from you, can i just come in and pick up my order? of course you can, don't be silly, we'd be happy to meet you. go buckeyes!

4. how far in advance should i place my order? in a perfect world, about six months before the event date, to insure availability. but this isn't a perfect world, so while a month ahead would be nice, we will try to fill any order, just give us a try - even though you might have to have a second color choice.

5. can i talk to a real person, i'm so confused? of course you can, we are real living, breathing people. just pick up the phone and dial 1-855-858-1264 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. est.

6. i can't figure out what size tablecloth will fit my table best? let us help, email us the dimensions and we'll figure it out for you.

7. what if i need to cancel my order? no problem. if you've already paid the deposit, you will lose that, but you won't incur any additional costs.

8. what if i need to change my order? no problem. most events involve people, which means anything can happen. so if you need to add cloths, let us know asap to make sure we have them, or we can try to come up with an alternative for you. if you need to drop your cloths by 2 or 3, we can handle that. if you need to drop it by 20% or more, we'll have to keep the deposit money on those tablecloths.

9. when will i get my order? one business day prior to the event, unless you specify a different date. if the event is on a saturday, you will receive them on friday, if the event is on sunday or monday, you will also receive them on friday.

10. how long can i keep the tablecloths? they must be on their way home to us one business day after your event. so if your event is on tuesday, they would be coming home wednesday, if your event was friday, saturday or sunday they would be coming home on monday. the linens need to be back to us within 5 business days of the event date.

11. what happens if they are late getting home? we need the tablecloths to fill more orders, so time is of the utmost importance. if it's a UPS error - nothing will happen. if it's because you forgot and drove around with them in your trunk for a week, well, we will have to charge you a late charge for that. the additional cost will be charged on the sixth business day after the event date, to the credit card used for the order payment.

12. what happens if the tablelcoths are ruined or missing? we will charge the replacement cost to the credit card used to pay for the order for any burns, rips, tears, wax, iron marks or missing tablecloths.

13. I lost my UPS return label? just email us and we will send you a copy. you can then print it off and tape securely to the box.

14. Someone threw away my box? feel free to use another box that is within the same dimensions as the box used for delivery, or else UPS will charge our account additional shipping, which we will then pass onto you.
